Mr. Ryan Green is a British school leader, school inspector, educational strategist and organisational consultant with more than twenty years of experience across the United Kingdom, Türkiye, Oman and Egypt.

As Founding Director of Emeralds International School, he has led the school’s strategic growth, curriculum development, international accreditation, organisational transformation and long-term institutional planning.

A graduate of Coventry University with a Master’s degree in Psychology, he holds Chartered Manager status.
